Afghanistan Journalists Support Organization is pleased to share the findings of its assessment conducted in January 2024. 310 journalists both in Afghanistan and exile have took part in this research. The report explores needs of journalists mainly in capacity building. Main findings of the report includes professional training, language support, media management and employment. More specifically, majority of the journalists asked for training regarding job hunting, freelancing, cyber and physical security, crisis reporting, and monetization of social media.
